Here are a list of frequently asked questions. But if your question isn't on here, just drop us a message.

  • Can I arrive on any day of the week?

    We accept bookings for any day of the week. 


    We can accept one-night bookings but can only accept 3-night bookings over bank holiday weekends. 

  • Can I bring my dog?

    We permit dogs at Piccadilly Caravan Site. The surrounding area is fantastic for dogs, and we also have a dog walking field. We do, however, require dog owners to read below carefully and abide by our dog rules so that we can maintain a happy park.

    We accept well-behaved dogs throughout the seasons.

    Dogs stay at our discretion, with a maximum of 2 dogs, of any size, per pitch.

    We do not accept any dog listed under the Dangerous Dog Act.

    Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in any area of the park.

    Our dog walking field is NOT secure, whilst in the field all dogs MUST be kept on lead.  

    Dogs must only be exercised in the designated dog walking area. Please do not let your dog roam freely and do not exercise them on empty pitches, or anywhere other than the designated area.

    You must clean up after your dog and use the bins provided. Please do not let your dog foul by other customers pitches.

    Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Please do not leave dogs in caravans, tents, motorhomes, or awnings at any time on their own.

    Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, so as not to disturb the peace for other customers.

    Please be considerate and understand that, although you love your dog, not everybody on our park will and keep them under control at all times.


  • Is there a dog walking field?

    We have a dog walking field, Please be aware our dog walking field is NOT secure, whilst in the field all dogs MUST be kept on lead.  

  • What is access to the caravan park like?

    We are just off the A350, and 7 miles South of the M4 (junction 17), so have good access.

  • Do you accept groups?

    We love welcoming groups. If you'd like to stay on pitches together, just make a note in 'special instructions' box on your online booking. We will do our best to accommodate requests, although this is subject to availability. 


  • Are you open all year?

    We are open from Easter to 31st October. 


    2024 season Friday 29th March - Thursday 31st October

  • Is my deposit refundable?

    Your deposit is non-refundable. We recommend you purchase holiday insurance.


  • If I leave early, am I eligible for a refund?

    Unfortunately we don’t give refunds if you have to depart early. If you know you need to depart earlier than your current departure date before arriving, we strongly recommend you let us know. If your stay is shortened upon arrival or during your stay, you will be required to pay for the length of stay that you originally booked.

  • If I cancel my booking or leave early due to the weather, am I able to get a refund?

    Unfortunately we do not issue refunds. The weather is beyond our control and we will not issue any refund for cancellations due to the weather conditions. The only circumstance in which a refund might be issued is if we have to cancel your booking due to the conditions of the park not being suitable.

  • Do I have to pay for Showers?

    Use of showers are included in the pitch fee.

  • Do you offer WiFi access?

    Unfortunatly not yet, although this is something we're working on. There is however use of WiFi in the reception area. 

  • I have special requests. Can I choose a pitch on your park in advance?

    We will do our best to accommodate special requests, although this is subject to availability. 

  • What is the power supply to the electric hook-up?

    Payment for electric hook up covers use of a single 16amp electric socket for light domestic use, such as lighting your caravan/tent and powering appropriate appliances such as television, kettle, toaster, or handheld electronic devices.

    You may not use an adaptor at the post to increase the number of external sockets available to you.

    The socket may not be used to power large appliances, such as space heaters for awnings, or for charging electric vehicles, as these may overload our system and are not included within the fee paid.

  • Can I charge my electric vehicle on site

  • How many people can stay on each pitch

    We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked. Groups of large parties are only permitted with prior arrangements.

  • Do you allow BBQ's & Fires?

    Raised barbecues are permitted and blocks are available for use with disposable barbecues. (Please enquire at reception). However, we do not allow open fires or chimineas.

    We ask that you do not use generators.


  • Do you allow gazebos?

    Yes, gazebos are allowed as long as they are within your pitch.

  • Do you offer seasonal pitches

    Unfortunately not, sorry

  • Do you offer Caravan Storage
